[Ongoing D3, D4, S1] Baznas Jabar UKT Scholarship, Indonesia

West Java Baznas Scholarship is a scholarship organized by the West Java BAZNAS Scholarship Institute. In an effort to ensure the continuation of tertiary education for Student of West Java, BAZNAS West Java Province provides Single Tuition Subsidy (UKT) subsidies for underprivileged and eligible students.

Benefit:
Scholarships are provided in the form of Single Tuition (UKT) subsidies. 

Requirement:

• Coming from a poor family with an income of less than Rp. 2 million.
• Preferably an orphan / orphan.
• Preferably the only graduate candidate in the family.
• Preferably not smoking.
• Preferably veiled(Berkerudung) for women.
• Is a citizen of West Java and comes from PTN / PTS in West Java.
• Is an active student of D4 / S1 / equivalent (class of 2016 - 2019), student of D3 (class of 2017 - 2019).
• Have a minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Not getting scholarships from other institutions.

Required Document:

• Scan of KTP and KK of West Java
• Scan Transcript Value
• Scan KTM / Certificate of Active Study
• Scan SKTM (Certificate of Disability)
• Scan of salary slip / statement of income of parents / guardians
• Photo of passbook in personal name / other photos that include account numbers in personal names (BRI, BRI SYARIAH, BNI, BNI SYARIAH, BCA, CIMB NIAGA, CIMB NIAGA Syariah, MANDIRI, MANDIRI Syariah)
• Participant's photo in front of the house
• Print and fill out the statement of self and application for assistance that can be downloaded HERE
