JARVIS is an acronym for the "Jalur Penerimaan Vokasi Industri". JARVIS itself is an innovation from BPSDMI to facilitate participants who want to register at universities under the Ministry of Industry, so that it becomes centralized (one-stop integrated service) and is carried out simultaneously throughout Indonesia.
In fact, JARVIS is the same university registration path as the others. But JARVIS is specifically for the polytechnics or community academies under the Ministry of Industry.

Fees and Scholarships:
The amount of tuition fees varies by community polytechnic or academy. However, every student who is accepted will get an education subsidy which makes the tuition fee more affordable (even some campuses have free tuition fees). To check the tuition fees for each campus, you can check the Campus List menu - Study Program - Tuition Fees
Requirement:
Before filling out the registration, you must first check the study program requirements in the Campus List-study program, this is to be prepared and uploaded at registration. HERE
How to Apply:

  • You can register on the following JARVIS website: http://jarvis.kemenperin.go.id/pendaftaran_akun
  • Enter your full name, mobile number, frequently used email and password, then click Create Account.
  • Check the email in the inbox or spam folder for the activation code. Click the link in the e-mail, then enter the e-mail and activation code that has been received. If successful, there will be a Successful Activation message.
  • Log in to the website jarvis.kemenperin.go.id by entering the username and password that you created earlier. In the next screen, click "Sign Up" here. Fill in the data requested in stages 1 to 6.
  • In step 6, double check the data entered. Data that has been locked cannot be changed.
  • After the destination campus validates registration, download the Exam Participant Card. You can download the exam participant card if the registration status is Validated. If Not Validated / Not Validated then you cannot download the exam participant card.
