Having Academic Achievement or Non Academic Achievement

Academic Achievement: Average semester report score 1 to 5 minimum 80
Non Academic Achievement: 1,2,3 Champion in Arts, Sports, Olympics, MTQ at least Regency / City level

Having a Smart Indonesia Card or Certificate of Disability
Not receiving scholarships or tuition assistance from other agencies

Scan Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) / Certificate of Disability

Scan Parent Salary Slip
Scan of Electricity Account Payments in the past 3 months
Scan of PDAM Water Account Payments in the last 3 months (if no Certificate is replaced using a Well or Other Water Source from the local RT / RW)
Scan of Health Certificate from the Health Center / General Hospital
Scan Certificate of Color Blindness (Choice of Study Programs and Chemical Engineering) 10. Image / Photo / Videob Portfolio (Selection of Study Programs DKV)
