West Java Osis Forum Scholarship (FOJB) is a scholarship held in collaboration with Telkom University with the West Java OSIS Forum. This scholarship is intended specifically for students of student council in West Java.

- Report cards from Semester 1-4
- Student Council (OSIS) Management Certificate in SMA / MA / SMK at least 1 period
- Certificate of award certificate, workshop / seminar, organization / extracurricular
- Letter of Recommendation from high school / MA / SMK
