[Ongoing High School, Diploma, Bachelor Degree Student] Berau Gemilang Scholarship Program 2019 (For Indonesian), Indonesia

The Berau District Government again offered the Berau Gemilang Scholarship Program for high school / vocational / MA / equivalent students and D2 / D3 / D4 / S1 students. The following is complete information.
The legal basis of implementation is the Berau Regent Regulation Number 28 of 2019 concerning the Second Amendment to Regent Regulation Number 14 of 2017 concerning Provision of Scholarship Fund Assistance by Regional Governments.

The Berau Gemilang Scholarship Program is divided into the following two categories:
  • Achievement Scholarships
  • underprivileged students Scholarship / Poor (preferred)

Benefit:
Scholarships given are in the form of
  • IDR 3 million per year for each college student
  • IDR 2 million per year for each High school / vocational / MA student.

Requirement:
High school / vocational / MA / equivalent student
  • Achievement Scholarships
    • Latest 3 x 4 photo pass (3 pieces)
    • Photocopy of e-KTP and or Family Card that has been legalized by the District or Disdukcapil District. Berau (3 sheets)
    • Photocopy of Student Card that has been legalized by the Principal (3 pieces)
    • Photocopy of Report Card that has been legalized by the Principal (3 pieces)
    • No Medium Statement Receiving Scholarships from any party (Original and 2 copies of photos)
    • Photocopy of active / current passbook on behalf of the applicant (3 sheets)
    • Photocopy of the OSN or other championship charter (3 pieces)
    • Photocopy of school accreditation (3 sheets)
  • Underprivileged students Scholarship / Poor
    • Students who are poor or poor must be registered with the Berau Sejahtera Card (KBS) / Integrated Data Bank (BDT) managed by the Berau District Social Service
    • Latest 3 x 4 photo pass (3 pieces)
    • Photocopy of e-KTP and or Family Card that has been legalized by the District or Disdukcapil District. Berau (3 sheets)
    • Photocopy of Student Card that has been legalized by the Principal (3 pieces)
    • Photocopy of Report Card that has been legalized by the Principal (3 pieces)
    • No Medium Statement Receiving Scholarships from any party (Original and 2 copies of photos)
    • Photocopy of active / current passbook on behalf of the applicant (3 sheets)
    • Photocopy of the Berau Sejahtera Card (KBS) or registered in the Integrated Data Base (BDT) (3 sheets)
    • Photocopy of school accreditation (3 sheets)

D2 / D3 / D4 / S1 students
  • Achievement Scholarships
    • Latest 3 x 4 photo pass (3 pieces)
    • Photocopy of e-KTP and Family Card that has been legalized by the District or Disdukcapil District. Berau (3 sheets)
    • Photocopy of Student Card that has been legalized by the authorized official (3 sheets)
    • Active Lecture Certificate from Higher Education / Academy / Institute (Original and 2 pieces of photocopy)
    • Photocopy of Study Result Card (KHS) for new students or transcripts for old students over semester 2 with a minimum GPA of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale that is legalized by the Dean / Assistant Dean / Chair of the Department or authorized official (3 sheets)
    • Statement of Not CPNS / PNS and BUMN / BUMD / Private Employees (Original and 2 copies of photo)
    • No Medium Statement Receiving Scholarships from any party (Original and 2 copies of photos)
    • Photocopy of active / current passbook on behalf of the applicant (3 sheets)
    • Photocopy of study program permit from Dikti / accreditation certificate from BAN-PT
  • Underprivileged students Scholarship / Poor
    • Latest 3 x 4 photo pass (3 pieces)
    • Photocopy of e-KTP and Family Card that has been legalized by the District or Disdukcapil District. Berau (3 sheets)
    • Photocopy of Student Card that has been legalized by the authorized official (3 sheets)
    • Active Lecture Certificate from Higher Education / Academy / Institute (Original and 2 pieces of photocopy)
    • Photocopy of Study Result Card (KHS) for new students or transcripts for old students over semester 2 with a minimum GPA value of 2.00 on a scale of 4.00 which is legalized by the Dean / Assistant Dean / Chair of the Department or authorized official (3 sheets)
    • Statement of Not CPNS / PNS and BUMN / BUMD / Private Employees (Original and 2 copies of photo)
    • No Medium Statement Receiving Scholarships from any party (Original and 2 copies of photos)
    • Photocopy of active / current passbook on behalf of the applicant (3 sheets)
    • Photocopy of the Berau Sejahtera Card (KBS) or registered in the Integrated Data Base (BDT)
    • Photocopy of study program permit from Dikti / accreditation certificate from BAN-PT
How to Apply:
  • Download the Registration Form on the following official website: http://beasiswa.beraukab.go.id/berita/formulir-beasiswa-berau-gemilang
  • The registration form must be typed.
  • All the required documents mentioned above (KTP, KK, Account Book, etc.) and the registration form and statement must be scanned first and then uploaded to the Scholarship System through the following website link: http: //beasiswa.beraukab.go.id. Enter the KTP number at the bottom of the website, then click REGISTER.
  • After the upload process is complete then the document is collected / delivered directly / sent via post to the address:
