In connection with the high interest of Indonesian students to continue higher education to a number of countries in the Middle East, namely Egypt, Sudan and Morocco, the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) will conduct a selection to determine prospective students who qualify, either through scholarship or non-scholarship . Filter graduates of Islamic Senior High Schools, Islamic Boarding Schools, High Schools, Pursue Package C and equivalent who have the ability and strong interest to study abroad.

Purpose:

Filter graduates of Islamic Senior High Schools, Islamic Boarding Schools, High Schools, Pursue Package C and equivalent who have the ability and strong interest to study abroad.
Determine prospective participants who will continue their studies in Egypt, Sudan and Morocco with scholarship and non-scholarship pathways.

Allocation to Al Azhar University in Egypt, namely:

Ministry of Religion quota scholarships: 20 people
Egyptian Embassy quota scholarship: 30 people
Non Scholarship: 750 people

Allocation to Universities in Sudan, namely:

Ministry of Religion quota scholarship: 50 people
Non Scholarship: None

Allocation to Universities in Morocco, namely:

Ministry of Religion quota scholarships: 15 people
Non Scholarship: None

Requirement:

Is a graduate of Aliyah / High School / Islamic Boarding School / Pursuit Package C / equivalent who has a diploma of no more than 3 years. Especially for applicants to Morocco the age of a diploma is not more than 1 year.

How to Apply:

Participants must register online at Sunan Ampel Surabaya UIN Language Center via the following link: bit.ly/PendaftaranTimurTengah2019 no later than 1 JUN 2019 at 3:00 p.m. WIB.
Before filling out the registration form, make sure you have paid the registration to Bank BTN Account Number: 00064 01 30 000028 9 a / n RPL 135 UIN SUNAN AMPEL UTK BLU PNBP OPRSL Rp 250,000 - (two hundred fifty thousand rupiah) no later than May 31, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. (This information is based on the Announcement of the Directorate General of Islamic Education at the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia)
After completing the online registration form, participants will receive confirmation of registration, procedures for conducting online tests and the TEST CODE.
The TEST CODE will be given on the day of the test.
The test code can only be used once. Make sure you use it ONLY when the test is carried out.
For complete tests, participants are required to bring their own laptop with specifications:

a. Installed Google Chrome
b. Arabic keyboard
c. Headset

All prospective participants must re-register (verify data) at the test location chosen on the day of the test (no later than 1 hour before the test) with an identity card (original and photocopy), proof of transfer and proof of online registration. Then participants will get a test code.
Participants must follow the selection according to the location in the applicant's preferred UIN Language Center.
