5000 Domestic Doctoral Scholarship Program 2019-2020, Indonesia (Fully Funded)

The Study Scholarship Program (BS), hereinafter referred to as the 5000 Doctoral Scholarship Program, is a S-3 study scholarship program at a Domestic Higher Education (PT-DN) for lecturers, civil servants, laboratory staff and PTKIN librarians, PTKIN civil servants, and civil servants who worked on the Islamic Education program at the Directorate General of Islamic Education, Ministry of Religion of RI to improve their quality, capability, and professionalism in the implementation of Islamic higher education oriented to improving quality, relevance and educational competitiveness.

This program consists of two types, namely Full Scholarship and Education Settlement Aid (BPP). The following is complete information.

Benefit:

Full Scholarship, including:

a. Registration and selection fees

Full scholarships are given for 3 years or 6 semesters.

Education Settlement Aid (BPP)

BPP is direct assistance to students who are completing their doctoral degree at accredited universities in the country, without being tied to their place of study.

Target:
5000 Scholarships Doctors from the Ministry of Religion are intended for:

Permanent Lecturers (PNS and permanent employees of the foundation) who teach at Islamic Religious Colleges (both public and private).
Permanent Lecturers (PNS or permanent employees of the foundation) who are capable of teaching Islamic Education (PAI) courses at PTU (public and private).
Lecturers Remain Non Civil Servants at PTKIN.
PNS Education Personnel at PTKIN.
PNS at the Directorate General of Islamic Education at the Central Ministry of Religion.

General Requirement:

Maximum age of 47 years when registration is opened (6 May 2019).
Having a S2 diploma and a transcript of grades from an accredited tertiary institution.
Register online at the specified time.
Pass the administration file.

Special Requirement:

Having a National Lecturer Registration Number / NIDN (for lecturer proponents).
Having Employee Number / NIP as PNS (for proposers other than lecturers).

How to Apply

A. How to register FULL Scholarship:

Participants submit applications as 5000 Doctoral Scholarship participants with a choice of "Full Scholarship" to the Director General of Islamic Education, u.p. The Director of Islamic Religious Higher Education online at the following website link: www.5000doktor.diktis.id by attaching the following requirements:

a. Scan KTP (required to upload)
b. Scan original / legalized S2 diploma (required to upload)
c. Scan of Transcript of S2 Value (required to upload)
d. Scan Karpeg (required to upload to PNS)
e. Permission from direct supervisor: Dean or Chair of STAI (for lecturers) and permission from Director, Secretary of Directorate General, Head of Center, or Head of Bureau (for non-lecturers) (required to upload)
f. Color photo size 3 × 4 (required upload)
g. Statement concerning: 1. Authenticity of documents, 2. Not currently receiving scholarships from other agencies, and 3. Willingness to comply with Scholarship recipient regulations above the seal of Rp. 6,000, - (required to upload. Format provided is applied)
h. Scan SK for the last functional positions for lecturer registrants (required to upload)
i. Final SK Scanning for Non-Lecturer applicants (required to upload)
j. Statement of willingness to return to duty for applicants for Non-PNS KIS Lecturers (format provided in the application)
k. Recommendations from 2 professors in accordance with prospective disciplines
l. Dissertation Proposal

Following administrative selection and declared passing the file.
Following the scholarship selection arranged as follows:

a. for Islamic and Arabic Language and Literature study programs, prospective participants only participate in the selection held by the Ministry of Religion and carried out simultaneously on the campuses designated by the Ministry of Religion, including written tests (TPA, Arabic and English), dissertation proposal examinations and interviews.
b. for general study programs, in addition to having to attend the entrance selection held and scheduled by the relevant university, prospective participants must take part in a scholarship selection organized by the Ministry of Religion. Selection is done by interviews by the Team. Interviews are only followed by candidates who have passed and are accepted by the destination college.

Follow all stages specified in the Ministry of Religion and / or destination universities.
Prospective participants who are declared graduated and scholarships granted by the Ministry of Religion immediately register according to the terms and schedules set by their respective universities.

B. How to register an Education Settlement Aid (BPP):

Participants submit applications as 5000 Doctoral Scholarship participants with the choice of "Education Settlement Aid (BPP)" to the Director General of Islamic Education, up.
