[PhD Degree] Postgraduate Education Scholarship Abroad (BPP-LN) in 2019 From Risetdikti (Fully Funded)

In an effort to improve the qualifications of permanent lecturers in the Risetdikti Departement, the Directorate General of Science and Technology Resources and Higher Education, through the Directorate of Qualifications of Human Resources, opens registration for Postgraduate Education Scholarships for the 2019 allocation. This is intended for permanent lecturers in Higher Education in the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education who will continue their studies at the Doctoral level.

Requirement:
  • Permanent lecturers of Higher Education in the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, are lecturers who:
    • Have NIDN, or
    • Has NIDK
  • Permanent lecturers of PTN who have received permission from the relevant university leaders, or permanent lecturers of PTS who have received permission from their respective Regional Higher Education Service Institutions;
  • For permanent lecturers who apply for S3 education programs must have a master's degree or equivalent;
  • Cannot use BPPLN to get a second degree in the same strata;
  • For applicants who will study in a country where the language of instruction is an English speaking country, concerned must attach a copy of the certificate of proof of English language proficiency (institutional TOEFL (ITP) of at least 550 or IBT of at least 73, or IELTS of at least 6.0),
    or a minimum of 650 TOEIC, or PTE (Pearson Test of English) of at least 50, which is still valid (a maximum of 2 (two) years after the certificate is issued) or
    fulfill the conditions in the last pont.
  • For applicants who will study in a country where the language of instruction is not English speaking countries, they must attach a copy of the certificate of proof of English language proficiency (institutional TOEFL (ITP) of at least 500 or IBT of at least 65, or IELTS of at least 5.5, or TOEIC is a minimum of 605, or a minimum PTE of 42, which is still valid (a maximum of 2 (two) years after the certificate is issued);
  • Have a language acquisition mastery certificate (other than English) that is used in tertiary institutions or destination countries in accordance with the standards requested by universities or destination countries;
  • Having a research proposal (research proposal);
  • For permanent lecturers, the age of applicants is not more than 47 years when registering BPPP-LN;
  • Applicants who have the status of husband and wife and have the same scientific field, are not permitted to apply to the same college and / or are guided by the same promoter.
  • Has an Unconditional Letter of Acceptance (LoA) or Letter of Offer (LoO).
