Hello Friends, Students from Jakarta, Bogor, Depok and Tangsel
Are you in class XI, achieving and aspiring to continue your education to Higher Education?
This year Amanah Takaful opens the opportunity for you to join the Achievement Scholarship Program

Requirement:

• High school / equivalent class XI students (when registering) Domiciled in Jakarta, Depok, Tangsel don Bogor
• Have academic achievements in the top 15 in the class
• Not married
• Do not smoke
• Not receiving another scholarship
• Aspiring to continue their education to PTN
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Willing to take part in supporting Program Support every week

Document Required:

• Online Registration Form
• Statement not smoking and not receiving another scholarship download bellow
• Parent / guardian ID card (mother is preferred)
• Student Card / KTP (if any)
• Family card
• Certificate / Award Charter that has been achieved in the last 2 years
• Certificate as active students and top 15 ranking from school

How to Apply:
