In order to improve the competence of the state civil apparatus (ASN) to support central and regional planning synergies and improve the quality of ASNs that support the achievement of national development priorities, the Planner Center for Education, Training and Training (Pusbindiklatren) opens opportunities for ASNs working in Ministry of PPN / Bappenas, planning units in ministries / institutions, Bappeda or agencies that handle planning, planning units in provincial / district / city regional government organizations and / or other work units related to development planning, to participate in Pusbindiklatren's Scholarship Program Bappenas in 2019. The scholarship program for wave II covers degree education in the domestic master degree with a choice of study programs and quota for each study program attached.
