The University of St Andrews (Scots: University o St Andras; abbreviated as St And, from the Latin Sancti Andreae, in post-nominals) is a British public university in St Andrews, Fife, Scotland. It is the oldest of the four ancient universities of Scotland and the third oldest university in the English-speaking world (following Oxford and Cambridge universities). St Andrews was founded between 1410 and 1413, when the Avignon Antipope Benedict XIII issued a papal bull to a small founding group of Augustinian clergy.
These entrant scholarships are for international students who will be studying at St Andrews for an undergraduate degree. The scholarships will be awarded as a tuition fee reduction of up to £4,000 per year for each year of the student's undergraduate studies and will be awarded on the basis of financial need.
In order to be eligible, applicants must be able to demonstrate a gross annual household income below the average household income for your country.

The recipients of International Undergraduate Scholarship, 2019 get between £1,000 and £4,000 per year towards tuition fee.

- The applicants for International Undergraduate Scholarship, 2019 should be International applicants.except UK
- The candidates should have financial need.
- The applicants should apply to a new course in the 2019-2020 academic year.
- The candidates should be classed as International for fee purpose.
- The scholarship is not available for students applying for BA International Honors.
- The candidates applying for International Undergraduate Scholarship, 2019 can apply for the scholarship before receiving an offer of a place from the University.
After applying for your chosen course beginning in the 2019-2020 academic year, you must allow at least two working days for processing and issue of your log in details before you can apply for this scholarship.
