University College, Dublin is a research university in Dublin, Ireland. It has over 1,482 faculty and 32,000 students, and it is Ireland's largest university. The university originates in a body founded in 1854 with John Henry Newman as the first rector known as the Catholic University of Ireland, re-formed in 1880 and chartered in its own right in 1908. The Universities Act, 1997 renamed the constituent university as the "National University of Ireland, Dublin", and a ministerial order of 1998 renamed the institution as "University College Dublin - National University of Ireland, Dublin".

1. Achiever MBA Scholarships
The Achiever MBA Scholarships, sponsored by NTR plc, aim to attract the very best students to study at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. These merit based scholarships cover the full tuition fees for either the MBA or Executive MBA. GMAT score 700 or above required. 
Benefit:
Up to 3 awards of up to 100% tuition fees

Requirement:
Open to all successful MBA and Executive MBA applicants scoring 700 or above on the GMAT and cover full tuition fees. Please note that the GMAT deadline 12th April 2019.

How To Apply: 
There is no separate application process for these scholarships. All successful applicants for the MBA or the Executive MBA are automatically considered. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Scholarships may be awarded prior to the closing date to exceptional candidates. Early application is recommended.

NB: As scholarships are limited and there is significant competition, applicants residing in Ireland may be required to attend an assessment centre as part of the scholarship review process.

2.FORA MBA Scholarship
UCD Smurfit School is delighted to partner with Fora in offering one MBA Scholarship to cover up to 100% tuition fees for the full-time or Executive MBA, commencing August 2019. 
 
Benefit:
Up to 100% tuition fees

Requirement:
  • Open to all successful applicants for the full-time MBA and Executive MBA, who are resident in Ireland, achieving the relevant minimum GMAT score or above (MBA FT: min GMAT 600; EMBA: min GMAT 520). Please note the GMAT deadline is Friday 12 April 2019.
  • On your MBA application, please select the ‘Fora Scholarship’ as the first choice of MBA Scholarship for which you wish to be considered.
 
How To Apply:
  • There is no separate application process for this Scholarship. All successful applicants for the full-time MBA and Executive MBA who have met the deadlines noted below, will be considered for short-listing for the assessment centre.
  • Qualified applicants will be eligible to attend one assessment centre only.

3. GMAT MBA ScholarshipsThe MBA GMAT Scholarships will be awarded to academically exceptional students who will be ambassadors for the UCD Smurfit MBA and the School during their studies and after graduation. These merit based scholarships cover up to the full tuition fees for either the MBA or Executive MBA. GMAT score 700 or above required. 
 
Benefit:
Up to 100% tuition fees

Requirement:
Open to all successful MBA and Executive MBA applicants scoring 700 or above on the GMAT and cover full tuition fees. Please note that the Round One GMAT deadline is 12th February 2018 and the Round Two deadline is 14th May 2018.

4.MBA Central and East European Scholarship
This MBA (Full-Time) scholarship will be awarded to an academically exceptional student who has demonstrated leadership and impact achievements in their career to date. They will be an ambassador for the Smurfit MBA and the School during their studies and after graduation. This merit based scholarship covers up to 100% tuition fees for the MBA full-time. A GMAT score of 650 or above is required.

Benefit:
One award of up to 100% tuition fees

Requirement:
Open to all successful MBA applicants from Central and Eastern Europe (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, Russia, Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia) with an outstanding academic record and has demonstrated leadership and business skills. Exclusively for applicants not resident or living in Ireland. Please note that you must have applied to the Programme by 27th February 2019. You must then hold a Programme offer, have accepted that and have a minimum GMAT score by 27th March 2019.May 2018.
