Jiamusi University, Heilongjiang Provincial Government Scholarships Program in China, 2019

　　The university, covering an area of 1.5 million square meters with the construction area of 950,000 square meters, has five school districts and a Hi-Tech Park, twenty-six colleges, a department directly under the university and sixty-nine research institutes. The academic subjects and disciplines of the university include ten disciplines involving arts, science, law, engineering, medicine, economics, education, history, management and agriculture. It has seventy-six undergraduate programs and thirty-four master's degree programs. Among them, there is one state-level special subject, one demonstratively experimental subject of vocation and profession at the national level, eight key province-level subjects, three provincial key laboratories, three provincial experiment centers by demonstration, and nine provincial quality courses. 

Scholarships are available to pursue Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctoral programme. Scholarships are awarded to study any of the courses offered by the university. International students (except China) can apply for the scholarships.

Requirement:

• Applicants under the age of 25 applying for the Bachelor’s Degree with scholarship must have the high school diploma with excellent grades.
• Applicants under the age of 35 applying for the Master’s Degree with scholarship must have the Bachelor’s Degree with good grades.
• Applicants under the age of 40 applying for the Doctoral Degree must have Master’s Degree with excellent grades.

Document Requirement:

• Application Form for the Heilongjiang Provincial Government Scholarships
• The notarized high school graduation certificate and academic record
• Study or research plan in China written in Chinese or English
• Recommendations of at least two professors or associate professors
• Original “Foreigner Physical Examination Record”
• Passport copy 

Benefit:

The scholarships include the fees of registration, tuition, experiment, practical training, basic teaching materials, lodging and comprehensive medical insurance. Students should pay the traveling and living expenses on their own.
