International Master’s Scholarship University of Oulu in Finland

The University of Oulu (Finnish: Oulun yliopisto) is one of the largest universities in Finland, located in the city of Oulu. It was founded on July 8, 1958. The university has around 16,000 students and 3,000 staff. The university is often ranked as one of the better universities in Finland and in the top-400 worldwide.

Connected with the renewal of university strategy, the increased importance of internationalization and the introduction of tuition fees for non-EU/EEA citizens, the University of Oulu has assigned a significant amount of money for tuition scholarships for 2018 entry.

Oulu University International Scholarship Scheme (IM Scholarship) offers scholarships to students for a two-year international master's degree at the university. The scholarships are awarded in the form of tuition waiver of either 85% or 100%.

Scholarship award:
tuition waiver either 85% or 100% (excluding living costs)

Important information:

1. Achieve academic achievement and good academic potential
2. Responsible for paying tuition
3. Has completed 55 ECTS at the end of the previous school year
